As-is, I am going to -1 this one. Legal risks aside (that's something that might require some discussion on dev) it is not exactly clear why would this be necessary. We often intentionally limit test coverage for certain components to limit resources usage, knowing that components are covered in tests on the other side of the system. As a side note, linking to internal Databaricks infra has really no place here.
