### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR proposes to remove DataFrame/Series APIs that removed from [pandas 2](https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/dev/whatsnew/v2.0.0.html) and above. ### Why are the changes needed? To match the behavior to pandas. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? (DataFrame|Series).(iteritems|mad|append) will be removed. ### How was this patch tested?
