### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR proposes to support `StringMethods` for pandas 2.0.0 and above. ### Why are the changes needed? Support the latest pandas for pandas API on Spark. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? `StringMethods.split`, `StringMethods.rsplit` and `StringMethods.replace` is available with the latest pandas. ### How was this patch tested?
