### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR adds Dataset.metadataColumn to the Spark Connect Scala Client. ### Why are the changes needed? We want the scala client to be as compatible as possible with the API provided by sql/core. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
