[SPARK-7805] [SQL] [Follow-up] Remove ParquetTest mima rule
Since https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/6334/ has been merged, we can
remove the mima rule for `ParquetTest`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/yhuai/spark SPARK-7805-followup
