### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR enhances `LimitPushDown` to push down limit through `Generate` if
it's outer is true. For example:
```sql
SELECT *
FROM (
SELECT *
FROM t1
LEFT JOIN t2 ON t1.id = t2.id) t
LATERAL VIEW explode_outer(t.category) AS e
LIMIT 10
```
### Why are the changes needed?
Improve query performance. Especially push down limit through generate and
join.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.
### How was this patch tested?
Unit test.
