### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This pr just remove a useless jar: `sql/hive/src/test/resources/regression-test-SPARK-8489/test-2.11.jar` ### Why are the changes needed? `sql/hive/src/test/resources/regression-test-SPARK-8489/test-2.11.jar` is used to assist with the test case `SPARK-8489: MissingRequirementError during reflection`, but as Spark 3.0 no longer supports Scala 2.11, it is no longer needed now. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
