Yes, but the `legacy formatter` behavior doesn't changed after [3192bbd](https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/3192bbd29585607d43d0819c6c2d3ac00180261a). Before this PR, it also have the same issue https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/3192bbd29585607d43d0819c6c2d3ac00180261a#diff-b42bcba727feeebf78f0e5540f2d4f6c6a38afd2225e4ebeae22a604e42eb094R405-R411 .
