Review Comment:
   The origin interface keep the `isCaseSensitive` is useful, even if it was 
not used in the code directly.
   It seems we'd better add `isCaseSensitive` to the 
`JdbcDialect.insertIntoTable`.
   Maybe some jdbc dialect is case sensitive.
