### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR proposes to add: - `StructType.toNullable` - `MapType.toNullable` - `ArrayType.toNullable` that returns a nullable schema. ### Why are the changes needed? See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33193958/change-nullable-property-of-column-in-spark-dataframe as an example. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes, it adds new API in both Scala and Python: - `StructType.toNullable` - `MapType.toNullable` - `ArrayType.toNullable` ### How was this patch tested? For Scala, it just adds an alias.
