### What changes were proposed in this pull request? The canonicalization of SubqueryAdaptiveBroadcastExec is now canonicalizing the buildPlan : LogicalPlan SubqueryAdaptiveBroadcastExec is now equivalent to SubqueryBroadcastExec by implementing equals and hashCode ### Why are the changes needed? These changes are needed so as to allow reuse of exchange work correctly in AQE. This PR is one of the 4 prs needed to ensure that reuse of exchange happens ( as seen in Q14b of TPCDS) ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No ### How was this patch tested?
