- Since #45194 was merged with JIRA ID, SPARK-46938, I change this PR's JIRA
ID.
- Could you rebase this PR to the `master` branch? I want to see the
remaining stuff after the following.
- https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/45168
- If the remaining stuff is inevitable, we can proceed without further
refactoring or spin-off. We can do that later when we do Jetty 12 migration.
