@jerrypeng, @HeartSaVioR, I have made changes so that the DRA can support multi queries ([ref](https://lists.apache.org/thread/836j9ckxw13mlf5m8joh8zp9t7ffyhp0)). I have tested multiple queries in the same driver, batch + streaming queries in the same driver. The apps are scaling according to the DRA configs . Please review.
