    The `ShuffleBlockFetcherIterator` has no information about server statuses 
from the map output tracker, shuffle IDs, etc. Using `Try` allows the 
`BlockStoreShuffleFetcher` to reformat exceptions as a `FetchFailedException` 
which is the right exception to return to the scheduler.
