[SPARK-8050] [MLLIB] make Saveable and Loader java-friendly
Actually, I'm not sure whether we should add this or not. This eventually
would lead us to having a copy for every method that contains `SparkContext`.
Using the builder pattern would be better, for example:

lr.save().withContext(sc).to(path)
LogisticRegressionModel.load().withContext(sc).from(path)
~~~
Then we only need to overload `withContext`.
