This PR fixes a bug that AttributeNameParser throws
StringIndexOutOfBoundsException w/o a zero check when visiting 0-1 indexed
value.

bugfix, let users see the user-faced errors instead of bugs.

Yes, when parsing attribute names, StringIndexOutOfBoundsException is gone
for '.'-prefixed values
