### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Change the `dataType` of the `timestampTimeoutAttribute` from IntegerType to LongType to match the type of the timestamp. ### Why are the changes needed? This fixes the v1 state manager to work on big endian platforms. It fixes all failing v1 state manager related tests on big endian platforms that do not load checkpoint state that was generated in little endian format. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
