   I argue this enables us to go back to the baseline of "no one makes progress 
of community's consensus". The main argument is that none of us got community's 
approval of each other's proposal, so definitely, the current code must not 
represent "any" of the proposal, which the current code is breaking this. This 
is really really problematic because it is giving a huge advantage on one side 
and VETO is used to "protect" modification of the codebase.

   Technically, I can cast -1 to the origin PR to do the same thing and I 
definitely have a technical objection of the PR (I never see my precondition of 
the PR merge in longer than 1 month, and this is super concerning) so my -1 
will be justified. Do you really want me to do that? Can't we stop doing such a 
thing just to be against each other?
