[WIP] [SQL] Experiment with speculatively running without reset() in
HiveCompatibilitySuite
This is an experiment to see if we can easily speed up
`HiveCompatibilitySuite` by speculatively running without calling
`TestHive.reset()`, then retrying if that fails.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/JoshRosen/spark hive-compat-suite-speedup
