Otherwise, it fails to download, e.g., `pip install https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/spark/v4.1.0-preview1-rc1-bin/pyspark-4.1.0-preview1.tar.gz`. It has to be `pip install https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/spark/v4.1.0-preview1-rc1-bin/pyspark-4.1.0-dev1.tar.gz` ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
