Hi @pjfanning , For HistoryServer, I think this issue has already been resolved in #52851 right? Also, application name is displayed in the page header, but it's sanitized by [scala-xml side](https://github.com/scala/scala-xml/blob/c2c76c8ea43eda9fc0913f909eb2cbea05249c1f/shared/src/main/scala/scala/xml/Text.scala#L31).
