Review Comment:
I am wondering if queryExecutionUUID or executionUUID would be a better
name here than queryId? It seems to me that queryId should identify a query
and should be stable cross multiple exeuctions for an given application. So
the semantics is like this:

   executionId : a per-app sequential execution ID
executionUUID: a globally unique execution ID
queryId: (future) stable reference to a query/dataframe within an app

Review Comment:
Given the time skews between machines or drivers in cross cluster, and
possible clock drift on each machine, I am not sure where temporal order of
UUID might be useful (love to learn it). Any other benefts to use UUIDv7?
