Add documentation for TwsTester that was added in
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/53159 and
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/53491 .
### Why are the changes needed?
So users know about TwsTester and can learn from examples how to use it.

No.

Not tested, this is documentation update. Examples were mostly taken from
unit tests added in prior PRs.
