Added this line to make sure that loadCheckpointMetrics is set correctly
when we are loading empty store cc @anishshri-db .
RocksDB will run `fileManagerMetrics =
fileManager.latestLoadCheckpointMetrics`, and `latestLoadCheckpointMetrics`
return `loadCheckpointMetrics`
