### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Remove redundant `__init__` methods from three Arrow serializer classes that only pass parameters to parent without additional logic: - `GroupArrowUDFSerializer` - `ArrowStreamAggArrowUDFSerializer` - `CogroupArrowUDFSerializer` Python inheritance automatically calls the parent's `__init__` when the child class doesn't define one. ### Why are the changes needed? Reduce code duplication and follow Python best practices. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? Existing tests in `test_pandas_udf_grouped_agg.py`, `test_pandas_cogrouped_map.py`, and `test_pandas_udf_window.py`. ### Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
