ASAIK, only arrow-optimized UDF/UDTF passed the input type to the python side, and the corresponding ser or parent ser is `ArrowStreamPandasUDFSerializer`. can you explain why `This is a fix as ArrowStreamPandasSerializer needs those two parameters`? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
