### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add SRID validation logic in the `Geography` and `Geometry` catalyst classes, which currently accept any integer as an SRID without checking validity against the corresponding data type. ### Why are the changes needed? Although `STUtils` already provides validation and proper Spark exception handling for invalid SRID values, we are adding additional defense with in-depth SRID validation for code paths that may bypass STUtils. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? Added new unit tests to `GeographyExecutionSuite` and `GeometryExecutionSuite`. ### Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
