The new code only detects the latest version of released spark (`4.1.1` for example). All the installation process still keeps the same. So `SPARK_RELEASE_MIRROR` will be honored because it's the site to download the artifact. This PR only aims to fix the hard-coded `3.5.7` by scraping the release page of apache spark.
