Hi @cloud-fan and @yaooqinn, This PR aims to improve AQE Coalesce Grouping warning loggings for both `skewed/non-skewed` use-cases and add new UTs for 2 legacy use-cases as follow-up to [SPARK-46590](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-46590).
