My philosophy is `ChangeArgs` is a pure dataclass; its unopinionated on the contents it stores, and callers can do appropriate validations that make sense in whatever context is applicable. This can make testing easier for example, where we don't need to worry about correctly setting up every argument. The only reason why `UnqualifiedColumnName` has the validation-based constructor is because there is no way to express a single part identifier as a scala type, that is a runtime-level check on the string contents.
