Addressed both: added a test in `TimestampNanosTypeOpsSuite` that pins the server-side `TimestampLTZNanosTypeOps` rendering in the session-local zone (under a non-UTC session zone, so a regression back to a fixed UTC zone now fails it), and updated the PR description to document the LTZ zone-handling change and reconcile the "how tested" section. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
