Ok you managed to pick one suite that isn't a good example. Take a look at
https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/sql/catalyst/src/test/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/catalyst/expressions/ConditionalExpressionSuite.scala
basically use checkEvaluation function.
