[Spark-8343] [Streaming] [Docs] Improve Spark Streaming Guides.
This improves the Spark Streaming Guides by fixing broken links, rewording
confusing sections, fixing typos, adding missing words, etc.

Get link to be correctly parsed and converted. By default, Kramdown does
not parse the contents within raw HTML tags, but this can be forced on a
per-tag basis. Also, added a missing parenthesis.
