Thanks, @HenryBui777 and @uros-b. I believe we use `ANSI mode OFF` to pin the behavior for existing users so that their existing workloads don't break. I understand the OFF mode behavior is somewhat incorrect, and that's why we introduced `ANSI mode ON` to correct it.
