Thank you, @cloud-fan , @viirya , @uros-b . I addressed all comments and decided to keep `UnifiedMemoryManager` in the AS-IS status to keep this simple after considering the trade-off. We may revisit to a new constructor, `UnifiedMemoryManager(conf, numUsableCores, offHeapAllowed)` later.
