The INFRA ticket doesn't seem like the right place to ask. [These docs](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/spaces/BUILDS/pages/321719166/GitHub+Actions+Security#GitHubActionsSecurity-Dangerousworkflows) suggest `#build` on ASF Slack. I assume only committers are allowed on there.
