I mean, leave a comment here to explain why we exclude it, like other
connectors.
Currently, Spark still requires JIRA ticket for non-minor changes. I wasn't
aware that you use the GitHub issue number instead of the JIRA ticket here, I
created a JIRA ticket for this SPARK-58671, please update to refer to this one.
