Hi @Yicong-Huang! This is a follow-up PR on fixing the non-UTF-8 binary to string cast representation in the golden file. One open point: I went with a fixed notation `invalid utf-8` instead of rendering the raw bytes. Please let me know if you prefer the other one. Could you take a look when you have time?
