Set `github.homepage` in `.asf.yaml` to the documentation site (`https://apache.github.io/spark-connect-rust/`). This also re-triggers ASF INFRA to re-process `.asf.yaml` now that the `gh-pages` branch exists (created by the Docs workflow's `mkdocs gh-deploy`), so GitHub Pages — already declared via `ghp_branch: gh-pages` / `ghp_path: /` — gets enabled and the site is served.
