**Experiment, do not merge.** Bounces the Connect server between the behavioral e2e step and the parity run so parity starts against a fresh driver/session. **Question:** does the arrow-UDF parity hang (SPARK-59032) disappear when parity gets a clean server? - Green -> the shared-server e2e step was leaving state that provoked the hang. - Still hangs -> the fault is intrinsic to the parity run (consistent with the client-side HTTP/2 window fix in #58).
