Hi @dongjoon-hyun .
I'm curious: Is there any chance of consideration to maintain this behavior
as the default, but be able to opt-in to having mutable clusters? In other
words something like
```yaml
spec:
mutable: True
```
which would enable the operator to mutate or recreate spark resources on
change?
