This PR aims to remove the obsolete `Build` section which tells users to build a custom distribution with `-Pvolcano` from the Volcano scheduler part of `docs/running-on-kubernetes.md`. ### Why are the changes needed? The `volcano` profile has been enabled by default since [SPARK-54916](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-54916), which was released in [v4.2.0](https://github.com/apache/spark/releases/tag/v4.2.0) (2026-07-11).
