Cut it to about a third. What is left is what the code cannot say: that it changes plans at default config with the measured example, the `sealed` source break and why MiMa does not flag it, the newly reachable error, and how the tests were measured, since a fail-on-base run cannot compile against the parent. The test table is now keyed on the old decision reinstated rather than on the test, which is both shorter and more use.
