Review Comment:
I do not think SPARK-59243's nested FORMAT JSON scope covers this
deterministic owner mismatch. injectFunction replaces the registered
system.builtin.json_array builder, but the guard decides from the static
stock-name set before resolution and rejects the star, so preprocessing and
ordinary resolution select different implementations. Please bind the rejection
to the selected stock builder (or otherwise preserve the direct-star fact until
implementation selection) and add fixed-point/single-pass extension regressions.
