Fixed the CI failure in `OracleIntegrationSuite`: the expected partition predicates now use the Oracle dialect's JDBC date/timestamp escape literals. I also removed the NLS session-format workarounds so the integration test verifies that partitioned reads work with the default formats. The full 153-test JDBCSuite, Docker integration test compilation, and Scala lint pass locally.
