Thanks @dongjoon-hyun. Addressed all comments: 1. Created SPARK-59602, updated the PR title, and listed all affected target branches. 2. Restored the `ArrayExcept` Scaladoc. 3. Kept the existing `withNaNCheckFunc`/`withNaNCheckCode` names and removed the MiMa exclusions. 4. Added a non-canonical Float NaN test case. All focused tests pass.
