Confirmed. specsForPairing can project and group an ungrouped
KeyedPartitioning even though the finished child does not report that layout,
and the broad coPartitioning exemption is not limited to the join producer
path. I am retaining this as a correctness finding; the repair should validate
as-is layouts except for the explicitly safe producer-specific ungrouped case,
with coverage for subset-enabled/partial-disabled and non-join operators.
