### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to add Java `27` to the `build-test` GitHub Actions matrix as the runner environment. ```yaml - java-version: [ 21, 25, 26 ] + java-version: [ 21, 25, 26, 27 ] ``` ### Why are the changes needed? [JDK 27](https://openjdk.org/projects/jdk/27/) reached General Availability on 2026-09-15. Apache Spark K8s Operator uses a `Java 26` toolchain, so this PR only adds `Java 27` as a runner environment to make sure the build and the unit tests keep working on the latest Java release. This follows SPARK-59262, which tried `27-ea` before the GA. Note that `-XX:+UseCompactObjectHeaders` is still passed only for Java 25 and 26. [JEP 534: Compact Object Headers by Default](https://openjdk.org/jeps/534) makes it the default in Java 27, so the flag would do nothing there. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
