Rebased onto the latest master to resolve conflicts following the merge of SPARK-59352. All unit and integration tests (\ParquetQuerySuite\ across V1/V2 and \ParquetDeltaByteArrayEncodingSuite\) as well as linters (\scalastyle\ and \checkstyle\) have passed cleanly. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
