Thanks for the review, @uros-b! Resolved the conflict in `51e79694ce2` by merging upstream and retaining both migration-guide entries. The conflict was documentation-only; the fix and regression coverage are unchanged, and GitHub now reports this PR as mergeable. All 18 FileTableSuite tests and ScalaStyle/ScalaFmt pass locally after the merge. The previous full CI passed; [fresh full CI](https://github.com/charliec05/spark/actions/runs/36910126383) is running on the updated head. I've updated the PR description with both results.
